Sometimes, just calling the casino directly and asking can get you some pretty good deals. If you're looking for an unusual gift, maybe book them a towncar to pick them up from the airport to take them to their hotel, or call ahead to the hotel where they're staying, and arrange for an upgrade, show tickets, or spa visit. You'd have to also buy them for a certain casino-they're aren't any 'universal' chips, or anything like that.
